Delivery Services – More Than Just Delivery

At Beyond Television, we go beyond standard delivery. Our additional services are designed to make your experience as smooth as possible, whether that’s unpacking your new appliance or taking away your old one.

Please note: these services are not available on all products (for example, we are currently unable to install integrated appliances). Where available, options will be shown on the product page, so please check there for full details.

To facilitate a smooth delivery service, please ensure that you have measured the 'packaged' dimensions of your item(s) to ensure that they will fit through any relevant door and/or hallway. The entrance and path to the desired space should be clear, and residents should allow the delivery team easy access. Restrictions currently apply for the connection of white goods for certain postcodes.

Unpack & Remove Packaging: £10.00

Old Appliance Disposal: £25.00

Connect Appliance & Setup: £30.00

Unpack & Remove Packaging

 

Let us take care of the heavy lifting. With this service, your new appliance will be delivered to a ground-floor room of your choice, unpacked, and all packaging removed and responsibly disposed of.

  • Appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and under-counter fridges/freezers will be positioned after unpacking
  • This service does not include installation or connection

If you’d like your appliance installed and ready to use, please select our Connect Appliance & Setup service instead.

Connect Appliance & Setup

 

We can install and test your new appliance so it’s ready to use straight away (excludes fridges and freezers).

To ensure a smooth installation:

  • Please unplug, disconnect, and move your old appliance out of the space
  • A suitable power outlet and any required water connections must be within 1 metre of the installation point
  • Integrated appliances are not eligible for this service

Old Appliance Disposal

 

When your new appliance arrives, we can take away your old one and ensure it is recycled responsibly, saving you the hassle of arranging disposal yourself.

To help everything run smoothly, please prepare your appliance in advance:

  • Fridge/Freezer: Unplug, fully defrost, and remove all food
  • Washer/Dryer: Unplug, disconnect from water, drain any remaining water, and remove contents
  • Dishwasher: Unplug, disconnect from water, and ensure it is empty

Our team will handle the rest, giving you a simple and convenient upgrade experience.
